Divcom Lighting Inc. Announces the Results for its Second Quarter Ended May 31, 2008
(July 16, 2008): Divcom Lighting Inc. (the "Company" or "Divcom") announced today results for its second quarter ended May 31, 2008.

Divcom Announces Results for the Year Ending November 30, 2007
(February 28, 2008): Divcom Lighting Inc. (the "Company" or "Divcom") announced today results for its operations for the year ending November 2007.

Divcom Lighting Completes Private Placement and Debt Reorganization to Increase Its Working Capital by $2.25 Million
(November 21, 2007): Divcom Lighting Inc. (the "Company" or "Divcom") a leading North American manufacturer of energy efficient lighting products, today announced the closing of a non-brokered private placement of common shares at a price of $0.148 per share raising gross proceeds of approximately $1,000,000. Mr. Aslam Khatri, President and Chief Executive Officer of Divcom, acquired 2,702,703 common shares as part of the private placement for an aggregate purchase price of $400,000.


Divcom Lighting is a group of companies manufacturing architecturally designed energy-efficient lighting products for many applications, such as urban communities, roadways and tunnels, as well as lighting for public, commercial, industrial, residential, hospitality and custom installations. Each subsidiary manages its own product line and manufacturing facility. Divcom’s head office, located in the West Island of Montreal, serves as a centralized location for design, marketing and financial activities. Both the subsidiary managers and head office direct the lines and ensure that they remain complimentary to each other. Divcom also ensures that all synergies are exploited to lower costs and increase sales.


Aslam Khatri
Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder

Aslam Khatri has a track record of success in the lighting industry.
He is a former Director and CFO at Kaufel Group Ltd., a major international lighting company. He helped grow that company from $6.5 million in revenues to $250 million in 12 years. In that time, he assisted with over 20 acquisitions in North America and Europe.
He was also instrumental in the raising of $100 million on the Montreal and Toronto stock exchanges. Aslam overlooks all of Divcom’s activities, managers and subsidiaries. With a strong financial background, Aslam executes a growth strategy which includes acquisitions and internal growth. He took Divcom public in 2000 and
has since grown the company from revenues of under $1 million to an analyst projected estimate of $17.95 million for the 2004 fiscal year.



Joey Khatri
Vice-President, Co-Founder

Joey Khatri overlooks all sales, marketing and new product development programs for all of Divcom. He works closely with subsidiary managers to drive sales and exploit synergies. Joey is largely responsible for the implementation of a North American sales network for both tresidential and commercial product lines. Joey supervises the integration of newly acquired subsidiaries in order to ensure an aggressive growth strategy. He has extensive experience in the lighting industry, having previously worked at Kaufel Group Ltd.


Diane Khatri
Senior Vice-President, Co-Founder

Diane Léger-Khatri overlooks all administrative aspects of Divcom Lighting. She works closely with all divisions on a daily basis, ensuring the smooth flow of operations. Diane manages daily, weekly and monthly budgets and monitors cash flows, receivables and payables for each subsidiary. Diane also has experience running a business, as she owned her own textile product manufacturing company.


Deric Vourantonis, CA
Vice-President, FInance

Deric Vourantonis joins the company from his own private practice, where he focused in accounting for small-to-medium sized private and public businesses, one of which was Divcom. Previous to this, he had spent 10 years at Howarth Appel where he specialized in inventory valuation and control. He received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Concordia University, and subsequently obtained his CA designation. Deric overlooks all financial functions for Divcom and its subsidiaries.


Jean Larouche
Chief Operating Officer
President, SNOC Inc.


Jean Larouche is the president for Divcom’s largest subsidiary, SNOC Inc.. After acquiring SNOC in 1991 from a major lighting company, Jean was responsible for making the company profitable and tripling sales. Today, SNOC is undoubtedly the largest, most recognized and respected company in Canadian outdoor residential lighting.

Jean has 30 years experience in the lighting industry. He spent 17 years at Lightolier where he served as Vice-President of Finance.
